Our engineers come to your site to test and calibrate your medical equipment, beds and hoists that require testing. There is no call-out fee, and our team includes all manufacturer-trained EBME engineers with years of experience in the industry. In addition, they have undergone enhanced DBS checks and rigorous in-house training to ensure precise on site calibration of your medical equipment.

On Site Calibration Services for Medical Devices
As an ISO 9001-accredited company and SafeContractor approved, we use the latest diagnostic testing equipment to ensure your devices are calibrated as accurately as possible. The testing equipment is regularly calibrated and verified by UKAS-approved laboratories, allowing us to provide UKAS-traceable calibration certification.
After the calibration is complete, the engineer uploads all results and findings onto our live database, along with a Job Completion form which includes recommendations for ongoing maintenance, any failed items, and details of minor repairs that have been completed or are required. These documents go through a quality control process, and your certification will be sent to you via email within 24 to 48 hours of our visit. The certificates are evidence of meeting your GMS contract requirements.

Every day, we assist customers with a range of equipment issues, such as ECG machines not getting clear traces, medical fridges spiking in temperature, and spirometers not working perfectly. We recommend practitioners call us whilst with the device, for prompt troubleshooting over the phone. If this isn’t successful, we offer a full repair service.
